Hawaiian Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. country-style Dijon mustard
    2 c. fresh or canned unsweetened pineapple chunks
Preparation
    Combine pineapple and lemon juices, brown sugar, ketchup and mustard in a 4-cup glass measure.
    Microwave, uncovered, on High for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring once.
    Use half the sauce (without pineapple chunks) for basting.
    Add pineapple chunks to remaining half of sauce.
    Serve as condiment.
    Makes 3/4 cup without pineapple chunks.
