Helen Schram'S Two Minute White Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. white corn syrup
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except vanilla, in top of double boiler and cook over rapidly boiling water.
    Beat with electric mixer on high until it stands in peaks, about 2 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add vanilla and continue to beat until right to spread.
