Corn Dogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1-1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. corn meal
2 Tbsp. shortening
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
8-10 hot dogs

Preparation

Mix all of the ingredients.
Dip each hot dog in separately, and drop into hot grease.
