Impossible Taco Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. taco season mix
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Lightly brown meat and onions; stir in taco seasoning.
Spray a 10-inch pie pan with Pam.
Pour mixture into pie pan.
Place green chilies over meat.
Mix together milk, eggs and Bisquick until very smooth.
Pour over meat.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Put cheese over cooked pie and let stand until melted or place in oven to melt cheese.
Garnish top with lettuce and tomatoes.
