Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 cubes chicken bouillon
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cheese, cubed
1/2 c. flour
1 c. half and half cream
Preparation

In a large saucepan, cook broccoli in 1 cup water with bouillon cubes until tender; do not drain.
Set aside.
Put milk, cheese cubes and flour into blender.
Cover and chop until well mixed.
Add to broccoli.
Add half and half.
Cook, stirring frequently over medium heat until mixture thickens slightly.
