Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese (plus some extra for top)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Defrost potatoes and mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes until bubbly and done.
    Sprinkle on a little more cheese and some paprika and bake for another 10 minutes.
    This will make it a little crispy on top.
    You can make this the day before and rewarm.
