Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. canned tomatoes
1 (10 oz.) can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
several strips bell pepper (if desired)
1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Brown beef and onion in frying pan.
Add tomatoes, salt, soup and pepper.
Simmer while cooking noodles.
Add cooked, drained noodles and half of cheese to meat mixture.
Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle with remainder of cheese.
Can be served immediately or can be baked in oven 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
