Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large chicken breast
1/4 c broth
1 can cream chicken soup
1 c sour cream
1/4 c melted butter
1 1/2 c brushed Ritz crackers-crushed
Preparation

Boil chicken breast-debone and chop-set aside.
Mix melted butter with cracker crumbs-put 1/2 this mixture in a greased casserole. Cover with diced chicken.
Mix together soup, broth and sour cream and pour over top.
Cover with remaining cracker crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until cracker crumbs are light brown.
