Steak And Sweet Pepper Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1 to 1 1/2 boneless rib eye steak (1/2-inch thick)
    1 medium red pepper, chopped
    1 medium yellow pepper, chopped
    1 medium zucchini, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. beef broth
    4 tsp. red wine vinegar
Preparation
    Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat.
    Add 1/2 the steak; cook until browned.
    Remove; repeat with other half of steak.
    Add vegetables; stir frequently and cook for 5 minutes. Add beef broth and vinegar; bring to a boil, stirring often.
    Pour sauce over steaks.
    Serves 4.
