Mackeral Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mackeral
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. pickle relish
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    4 slices bacon
Preparation
    Drain the mackeral, flake and place in a bowl.
    Add the bread crumbs, milk, pickle relish, eggs, salt, margarine and onion and mix well.
    Pack in a well-greased loaf pan and place bacon on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, then slice.
