A Super Way To Freeze Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. water
    1 envelope Knox gelatine
    1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix water and lemon juice.
    Sprinkle gelatine into liquid. Once mixed, heat the liquid slowly until clear.
    Cool.
    Dip fish into mixture.
    Wrap snuggly in airtight plastic bags and freeze. Keeps fish frozen up to a year.
