Fish - On The Grill - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. fish steaks (3/4-inch thick; salmon, halibut, trout or swordfish)
    1/4 c. salad oil
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 c. barbecue sauce, heated
Preparation
    Cut fish steaks into 8 serving pieces.
    Place in shallow dish and pour combined lemon juice and salad oil over all.
    Refrigerate 1/2 hour.
