Seafood Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Louis Kemp Crab Delights surimi seafood flakes
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Cut surimi seafood in half or shred.
    Mix with celery, mayo, eggs, onion, juice and mustard.
    Makes 4 servings.
