Hamburger Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    Potato Buds (enough for 8 servings)
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (2 oz.)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix meat, 1 1/3 cups of the Potato Buds (dry), egg, salt, pepper, onion, catsup and milk.
    Spread in ungreased pie pan, 9 x 1 1/2-inches.
    Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes.
