Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 stick melted margarine
    1 1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Slowly add sugar, then other ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Makes 2 deep dish or 3 regular pies.
