Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 lb. pecan halves
Preparation
    Beat egg white and water together to soft peaks. Put all ingredients into large bowl. MIX WELL. Spread into a single layer on cookie sheet (do not grease).
    Bake in 250\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
