Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. vegetable shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 c. orange marmalade
    2 Tbsp. mashed potatoes
    2 1/4 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Cream butter and shortening.
    Add sugar.
    Beat until light and fluffy.
    Add egg, orange marmalade and cooked, mashed potatoes. Beat until blended.
    Sift together 2 1/4 cups flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    Use 1 tablespoon flour to toss with chopped pecans (set aside).
