Lefse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    3 c. mashed potatoes
    1/4 c. lard
    1/4 c. cream
    1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mash potatoes.
    Measure.
    Add salt, baking powder, sugar, melted lard and cream.
    Beat until smooth.
    Let stand until cold. Add flour when ready to bake.
    Spread thin in frying pan.
    Bake.
