Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. mashed, cooked potatoes
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 stick oleo, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell

Preparation

Blend potatoes, sugar and eggs.
Add oleo and vanilla.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
