Tofu-Tuna Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. tofu, sliced and drained in paper towels
    4 oz. drained water-packed tuna, flaked
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    4 oz. shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp reduced calorie Italian dressing
    2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven
    to
    350\u00b0.
    Place tofu in a large bowl and smash with
    a
    fork.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Place mixture
    in
    an
    8-inch
    square baking pan that has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray.
    Press down gently with the back of a spoon.
    Bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes.
