Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. mashed ripe bananas
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. drained crushed pineapple
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix flour, sugar, pecans, baking soda, salt and cinnamon together in large bowl; set aside.
    Combine eggs, bananas, oil, pineapple and vanilla in medium bowl.
    Stir by hand into reserved flour mixture until flour is just moistened. Grease 1 (9 x 5 x 3-inch) loaf pan.
    Turn batter into pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan.
    Cool on rack.
