Black-Eyed Pea Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 300) can black-eyed peas
1 medium size onion, sliced
2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (No. 303) can stewed tomatoes
1 1/2 c. cooked white rice
1 tsp. salt
1 box frozen cut okra
3 slices crisp cooked bacon
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour into baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Garnish with crisp bacon bits, if desired.
