Vegetable Quesadillas(Makes 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. small broccoli florets
    1/3 c. plus 2 tsp. flour
    1/4 c. coarsely chopped red bell pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
    1/4 c. coarsely chopped green chilies
    1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
    4 (6-inch) flour tortillas
Preparation
    Cook broccoli for 2 minutes in water.
    Set aside and keep warm. In a small saucepan, whisk milk and flour.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, 4 to 5 minutes.
    Stir in corn, bell pepper, chilies, salt and red pepper.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in cilantro.
