Holiday Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted and cooled
    2 2/3 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy. Gradually add sugar, beating constantly, until thickened and light in color, takes about 5 minutes on electric mixer. Fold in dry ingredients, butter, vanilla and coconut. Mix well. Drop from teaspoon on greased and floured baking sheet. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes until golden brown around edges. Let stand a few seconds on sheet. Remove and cool on bag or rack. Makes 3 dozen.
