Cranberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
3/4 c. nuts
1/2 tsp. salt
juice of 1 orange
2 Tbsp. melted butter
rind of 1 orange
1 c. cranberries
Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Squeeze orange in measuring cup. Add butter to juice and fill with warm water to 3/4 cup.
Add orange rind to above mixture and beat well. Add unbeaten egg and beat well. Add cranberries and nuts.
Pour into greased pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
