Homemade Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. oatmeal
    2 c. shredded coconut
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. sesame seed
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. honey
    1/3 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix oatmeal, shredded coconut, chopped nuts, sesame seed and salt in a large shallow pan.
    Mix these ingredients well.
    Combine cinnamon, honey, oil (and nutmeg if desired) in a separate bowl. Pour this mixture over oatmeal mixture in shallow pan.
    Stir and mix all ingredients well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring and turning pan every 5 minutes.
    Add and stir in 1 cup raisins when finished baking.
