Fruit Cake(Low-Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. egg substitute
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. maraschino cherries
1 c. unsweetened pineapple tidbits
1 (8 oz.) pkg. pitted dates, diced
1 (8 oz.) pkg. dried apricots
vegetable cooking spray
Preparation

Line a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan with foil. Coat with cooking spray and set loaf pan aside.
