Green Chili Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Monterey and Cheddar cheese
    1 (5 oz.) can green chilies
    1 c. Pet milk
    3 eggs
    1/8 tsp. cumin (chili powder)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook crust briefly, then put cheese on bottom, then green chilies.
    Mix eggs and milk; pour into crust.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 until set.
