Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. thinly sliced, unpared zucchini (3 to 4)
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    dash of pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 small can mushrooms, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
    Cut in squares and serve.
