Pima Tod - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 jalapeno peppers
    5 to 6 tomatoes, peeled and cut in pieces
    4 eggs
    1 to 2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Boil peppers until tender.
    Mash pulp/seeds out of skins. Cook tomatoes and peppers in oil on low heat until almost dry. Beat eggs and add to tomato/pepper mixture.
    Cook until very dry.
