Poppy Seed-Fruit Salad(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/3 c. unsweetened apple juice
    1/3 c. oil-free sweet and sour dressing
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. poppy seed
    4 c. medium whole fresh strawberries, halved
    3 c. honeydew melon balls
    1 1/2 c. seedless red grapes
    1 1/2 c. seedless green grapes
    4 medium fresh peaches, peeled and cut into chunks
    2 c. sliced ripe banana
Preparation
    Combine cornstarch and apple juice in a small saucepan, stirring well.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Pour mixture into a small bowl.
    Add dressing, oil and poppy seed; stir well.
    Let cool completely.
