Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 c. potato flakes or granules
    1 (3/4 oz. size) pkg. cheese garlic or your favorite salad dressing mix
    1 frying chicken, cut up
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Combine egg and water.
    Mix potato flakes and dressing.
    Dip chicken in egg; roll in potato mixture.
    Melt butter in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Place chicken in pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
    Turn chicken pieces over once during baking.
