Icebox Cherry Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

graham crackers (whole)
1 large box vanilla sugar-free Jell-O instant pudding
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip Lite
2 cans cherry pie filling (light version)
2 c. skim milk
Preparation

Mix pudding and milk, then add Cool Whip.
Place graham crackers in bottom of an 8 x 13-inch cake pan.
Pour half the pudding mixture over crackers.
Top that with more graham crackers and pour rest of mixture over second layer of crackers.
Top with cherry pie filling.
Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
