Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 small chopped onion
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 lb. mixed frozen or canned vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. grated cheese
2 slices toasted bread
salt and pepper
Preparation

Melt butter in skillet.
Saute onion until tender.
Remove from skillet.
Add meat and saute until it changes colors.
Add onion, vegetables and soup.
Pour into buttered casserole dish. Crumble bread on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
Sprinkle cheese on top and let melt.
