Cauliflower And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen Suisse mix (Tops brand)
    sharp Cheddar cheese
    Ritz crackers
    1/4 lb. margarine
Preparation
    Put frozen vegetables in 8 x 8-inch casserole.
    Put 1/4-inch thickness of Cheddar cheese on top of vegetables.
    On top of Cheddar cheese, put 1/4-inch thickness of crushed Ritz crackers. Pour 1 stick of melted margarine over crackers.
    Bake, covered, for 30 minutes and, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
