Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag baby carrots
    1 bunch broccoli
    1 purple onion, sliced
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    2 cans mushroom soup
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    3/4 lb. Cheddar or Longhorn cheese
    1 can water
    cauliflower (optional)
Preparation
    Steam veggies to desired crispness.
    Add onions and mushrooms. Mix and heat soups in a separate pan with 1 can water.
    Use soup can for measure.
    Pour soup mixture over veggies.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 30 to 40 minutes.
    Turn off oven and add shredded cheese.
