Peg'S Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 box lasagna noodles
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 lb. ground beef
    30 oz. Ragu sauce (thick and hearty)
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cook ground beef; drain.
    Boil noodles until tender.
    Grease pan with butter or margarine.
    Spread thin layer of sauce on bottom of pan, then put layer of noodles, layer of sauce, layer of Ricotta cheese, sprinkle layer of meat and sprinkle layer of Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese.
    Repeat process 3 times to make 3 layers of ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
