Cheese Pine Cones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. drained preserved ginger, coarsely snipped
    1 pkg. toasted almonds
Preparation
    With electric mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese with ginger until thoroughly combined.
    Shape into cone.
    Wrap in foil and refrigerate.
    About 30 minutes before serving, press almonds, starting at top, into cone, overlapping rows to resemble pine cone.
