Strawberry Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
    2 1/2 c. boiling water
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
    1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
    1 large angel food cake
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin with boiling water.
    Let partially set.
    Fold in the whipped cream and the strawberries.
    Tear 1/2 the cake into pieces and lay loosely in bottom of pan.
    Pour half of gelatin mixture over cake pieces.
    Repeat.
    Chill at least 4 hours.
    Keep in refrigerator.
