Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    2 tsp. dried basil
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    2 1/2 lb. chicken breasts (boneless, skinless), cut in 1-inch cubes
Preparation
    In a shallow bowl, combine all ingredients, except butter and chicken. Place butter in another shallow bowl. Dip chicken in butter, then roll in bread crumb mixture. Place in a greased 15 x 10-inch baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until juices run clear. Yield: 8 servings.
