Pineapple Upside Down Cake(This Cake Is Made In A Cast-Iron Frying Pan!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 well beaten eggs
    1 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 c. brown sugar
    crushed pineapple, well drained
    nuts (if desired)
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Cream 1/3 cup butter; add sugar and cream thoroughly.
    Add eggs.
    Mix and sift flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add to first mixture, alternating with milk.
    Add vanilla.
    Melt 2 tablespoons butter in an iron frying pan and add brown sugar, stirring until smooth.
    Spread with a layer
    of well drained crushed pineapple. Nuts can be added.
    Pour batter over this and bake 45 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
    Turn over on a plate; cool.
    Spread with whipped cream and serve.
