Mother'S Peach Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c flour
    1 egg (do not increase for more cakes)
    1 T shortening
    1 t sugar
    1/2 t salt
    1 cake yeast (dissolved in 1/4 c warm water with 1 tsp sugar)
    sprinkle of nutmeg
    fresh peach slices
    butter, melted
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together. Let rise 1 1/2 hours and then work out.
    Let rise another 1 1/2-2 hours.
    Spread dough into 3 greased pie pans.
    Arrange peach slices on top of dough and cover with melted butter and cinnamon.
    Let rise again then bake at 350 degrees about 25-30 minutes.
