Cracker Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    2 c. confectioners sugar
    1 3/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
    1 box Ritz or Town House crackers
Preparation
    Beat egg whites in large bowl until stiff.
    Add sugar gradually and beat a little longer.
    Add peanut butter and stir in by hand.
    Spread mixture on crackers and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
