Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. carrots, grated
    1 c. quick oats
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together; add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Spoon batter into muffin cups, filling each cup 2/3 full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
