Ingredients

1 c. flour
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
Preparation

Beat eggs; add milk.
Stir into sifted flour and salt.
Grease 2 pie pans or bake in pan with meat at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Remove and cut into serving pieces.
Serve with beef roast and gravy.
Also very good with milk and sugar as a dessert.
