Lemon Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. corn meal
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 stick butter
1 unbaked pastry shell
Preparation

Combine eggs and sugar; mix well. Add meal and flour. Stir well. Add milk, lemon juice and melted butter. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake in 375\u00b0 oven 40 to 45 minutes.
