Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 (8 oz.) ham steak
2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1 Tbsp. honey
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
dash of pepper
Preparation

In large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add ham and brown on both sides.
Remove to serving platter; cover and keep warm.
In same skillet, add all the remaining ingredients.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves and mixture bubbles and thickens.
Remove skillet from heat and spoon glaze over ham.
Serves 2; approximately 405 calories per serving.
