Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. zucchini squash, cooked and drained
    salt to taste
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Toss squash, soup, salt and crackers until blended.
    Pour into buttered baking dish; dot with butter.
    Extra crumbs may be added on top.
    Bake in moderate oven for 30 minutes.
