Chocolate Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted

Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar.
Add well beaten egg, then the sifted dry ingredients alternately with milk.
Bake immediately in hot waffle iron.
Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
