1 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. granulated sugar
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
3/4 c. (2 oz.) toasted coconut
3/4 c. chopped Macadamia nuts
1 (11 1/2 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips
Preparation

Combine flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda; set aside. In medium mixing bowl, beat butter, sugars and vanilla until creamy.
Add egg; mix well.
Gradually add flour mixture.
Stir in coconut, Macadamia nuts and milk chocolate chips.
